Open Letter to Prune Hill Park Homeowners Association



The year 2008 for Prune Hill Park was yet another challenging time for those involved in the Business, Operation and Support.

Many accomplishments were realized

Many challenges were faced, some resolved and some not

As Prune Hill Park Homeowners Association embarks on yet another year “2009”.

Propose a more formal communication such as a “State of the Organization” to all members of the Association.

This so those things that were accomplished can be recognized and those good works acknowledged.

Communication should inform Association Members of those challenges that were not resolved in 2008 and still faced by the Association.

Communicate Goals and Issues, for the New Year “2009” along with Action Plans and planning process.

Educate Association Members about Association Business and Operation.

Consider a Quarterly News Letter to connect Association Members with Board of Directors and Association Members themselves. This as an outreach program to rally more Association Membership involvement. A continuation of the “State of the Organization” message and objectives of Association Communication Goals.
